The claim
What does the bottle say Sugar Reset does?
One thing. The front reads Promotes Metabolic Balance*, and the star points to a box. The box says the statement has not been evaluated by the FDA and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
“Metabolic balance” has no fixed medical meaning. You cannot get it measured at a lab. That makes the claim safe for a supplement label and hard to test. A claim about how the body works is allowed. A claim about a disease is not (21 CFR 101.93 (structure/function claims)).
The sales page says more. It speaks of insulin function, balanced blood sugar, carbohydrate handling, healthy weight and metabolic health, and it runs a headline about managing type 2. Those are the seller's words. Where the label and the sales page differ, this site follows the label.

Search results blur a few lines. Here is a short list of what the product is not.
- Not a drug. It is a dietary supplement. It does not replace insulin, metformin, glipizide or any other medicine.

The label is for adults 18 and over. Its caution is short: do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first.
That last group is wide. Prediabetes and diabetes both count as a medical condition. So does high blood pressure. If you take insulin, glipizide or any other diabetes medicine, the blend holds three ingredients that may lower blood sugar further: chromium, gymnema and Panax ginseng.
