What ingredients are in Sugar Reset?
One mineral with a printed amount, then a 200 mg blend of 22 more.

The Supplement Facts box has two lines: chromium at 0.7 mcg, then a 200 mg "Proprietary Blend". U.S. rules let a blend show only its total weight, listing parts from most to least (21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)). The order is real information; the amounts are missing.

The pattern is plain. Studies used hundreds of milligrams, or hundreds of micrograms for chromium. The bottle gives a sliver of that, or no figure.
Dose gap
Is there enough of each ingredient in Sugar Reset to matter?
Probably not for the herbs, if studies are the yardstick.
Gymnema is eighth of 22 in the blend. Seven ingredients weigh at least as much, so gymnema can be at most one-eighth of 400 mg: 50 mg a day. Studies used 1,200 mg (LiverTox: Gymnema).

Label vs ads
Which Sugar Reset ingredients does the sales page leave out?
The sales page names six ingredients and also speaks of "5 vital nutrients". The label lists 23. Guarana, the licorice compound, grapefruit, forskohlii, raspberry ketones and L-tryptophan never appear in the marketing. Guarana matters most: it is third in the blend and a caffeine source (FDA: How much caffeine is too much). When the two disagree, go by the label.
Base and flavor
What are the other ingredients in Sugar Reset drops?
The liquid base is glycerin and water. Stevia extract and xylitol sweeten it, with organic lemon extract and natural flavors. Sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and citric acid keep it fresh.
- No sugar is listed among these ingredients
- Xylitol is dangerous to dogs, so keep the bottle out of their reach (FDA: Xylitol and dogs)
